New year new you

Image
It’s that time of year. We all strive to eat healthier, be ultra organized and get fit.  Today was the day and I made I did great until 11am. I am not great at will power and junk food calls my name! Anyone else like me? Tomorrow is a new day and I will start fresh. This year will.be more about progress rather than perfection.

Home Diffusers

I don’t know about you but I want my house to always smell amazing. I have a little dog who thinks she is queen of the castle but I do not want my entire house to smell like her! 🐶   I have used plug ins, scentsy products, pura diffusers but I have found “the one” product to help my house smell AMAZING! I bought this aera diffuser and I love it. It’s WiFi enabled and I can control it from my phone. It diffuses a fragrance into the air and makes my living room smell amazing!  What do you use to help your home have that signature scent?

2021 Goals

January 2, 2020 I love the new beginnings that come with the new year. So many things on my list of accomplishments. On New Years Eve, my friends and I listed what we were most enjoyed in 2020 and what we look forward to in 2021.  In 2020, I was able to spend lots of time with my kids. My college age son spent quite a bit of time home and I was able to get to know him as an adult rather than the kid who left home after high school graduation. My daughter started high school and I feel like the time she spent in online school gave us extra time to ease into life as a high school student. My kids are growing so fast which is exciting and sad all at the same time.  In 2021, my goal is to TRAVEL! There are so many people and places I have missed. In addition- there are so many places I want to see. What are your 2021 goals? I will continue to research my travel plans by the fire in my new cozy outfit. Loft & Grey Signature Softblend Sweatshirt and Joggers.

Jan 1, 2020 As part of my NY resolution, I want to track my projects and goals. This is day 1! Started the year with a BIG BANG! I am so fortunate to have great friends who make me laugh even during COVID-19 NYE. The party was very intimate and included only those couples we have seen since quarantine began.  We made yummy Philly cheese stake sandwiches for the celebration from Sam the cooking guy !   INGREDIENTS 1 green pepper, thinly sliced 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced 1 pound rib-eye steak, thinly sliced 4 slices provolone cheese 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce fresh sandwich rolls, split in half crosswise and lightly toasted salt and pepper olive oil DIRECTIONS Saute onions and peppers in hot pan with a little oil about 10 minutes, remove Season meat with salt and pepper Add more oil, then sliced meat and cook until almost no longer pink Mix onions and peppers in with the meat and add Worcestershire Top mixture in pan with provolone and cover - allow to melt Put the melty-chee
